COMMUNITY CARE

The Community Care Ministry provides assistance in the form of care, prayer, and resources to those who are hurting, hospitalized, discouraged as well as those who are celebrating life events. This is accomplished with an attitude of loving acceptance.

The Community Care Ministry is composed from the following:

Spiritual Care

This ministry is to assist people in connecting with the church. During the service if you fill out a connection card indicating a commitment to learn more about Christ, please come to the “I Raised My Hand” table for prayer. You will be called that week and prayed for.

Life Events

Please contact Pastor Sidney Smith at (916) 441-6228 if you are in need of meals due to sickness and or bereavement.

If you have prayer needs, please Pastor Sidney Smith (916) 441-6228 or e-mail prayer@bossonline.org for prayer.

Baptisms/Baby Dedications

Baptisms are performed once a quarter at a off-site location with a pastor present. If you are interested in being baptized at BOSS, please visit Guest Services to pick up a request form.

To sign up to have your child dedicated, visit Guest Services on Sunday or e-mail kimmpb@bossonline.org.
